From Pippin bed & breakfast, it is a short walk down the hill to the town with its famous Abbey, the Chalice Well and many unique shops catering for every kind of alternative taste.

The foot of the towns famous Tor is little more than a 10 minute walk along the country lanes, and footpaths lead on to the mystic trees, Gog and Magog. From Pippin it is easy to visit the historic city of Wells with its renowned Cathedral as well as Cheddar, Wookey Hole and the Clarks Retail Village at Street.
